Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

This program prepares High School Athletes to get the most out of their bodies, increase productivity, and
decrease injury with strength, endurance and flexibility.  Sessions are designed to increase strength in
each sport and foster overall development for our multi-sport athletes.


Open to:  Grades 7-12 for the 2024-2025 academic year.

ENCOURAGED FOR ALL ATHLETES

Program Fee: $55.00
Scholarship Program not available

Teams:  Training will be grouped by MHS Teams.
**Each Team will be designated a training time that is determined by the Strength & Conditioning Coach**

All Athletes will be sent an email with a mandatory Google Form to fill out.

2024 FALL SPORTS REGISTRATION

Online Registration will be July 30 - August 6, 2024

If your Physical has expired, an updated Physical needs to be on file in the Athletic/Activities Office before you can register.  Click "Forms" on the top/left corner of this page.
Please send the newly completed copy to Kaleigh before July 20th. 
The Office will be closed for the summer starting Monday, June 10th, so email it to kazollner@rochesterschools.org.

 

For All Fall Sports
First day of practice/tryouts is Monday, August 12, 2024.
You will NEED to be registered online before you can participate!

CONCUSSION TESTING

Concussion testing with Dan, our team athletic trainer, will be conducting concussion testing prior to practices starting at the beginning of each season

Dismissal Time

  • Players are dismissed 15 minutes prior to the bus departure time.
  • All players need to have their equipment at school ready to leave for the event. 
  • They will not be excused to run home and get their gear.
  • Middle School Students must be dismissed with a parent note at the Middle School Attendance Office.
  • Students serving a penalty for a violation should not be dismissed from school to attend away events.
