• Road Cleanup was done Oct 21st. The team has a section of road they are responsible to cleanup in the spring and fall. It is 18th Ave SW from Mayowood Rd to 40th St SW

• Pasta Feeds: Nov 17th, Dec 18th, Jan 12th and Jan 26th at PLAYERS homes. Sign Up Genius up and running to sign up. Host will also need a helper and then parents to bring bread, desserts and salads. December 4th team is going to Noodles and Company for a PASTA NIGHT there after practice.

Team Fee: $200 payable to Mayo Girls Hockey. Can pay 1/2 tonight and balance payable by Dec 1st

Apparel Cost: @42 Sweatshirts, @35 Pants and @      Jackets- Make sure you get ahold of Eryn to get order in. PAYMENT when they come in

Bauer Jackets: $60 each. Need to have at least 6 girls to order

Don Paulson will be doing individual, team and poster/banner photos Nov 3rd. Seniors will meet outside of Graham 1 at 3:30 for group photos and the rest of team will start at 415 at Graham 1. Girls please be ready to go at the above times. Please fill out order form, included with letter and bring along with cash or check payment

Jimmy Johns sandwich orders for away games. Go to https://www.jimmyjohns.com/menu/#/ set up an account. From there you can place your order, of sandwich and chips only, and pay online. When ordering please include Mayo Girls hockey with your name. Mary Johnston will send out reminders the week of our away games and include what time to select for pickup with your order. We will pick up the order and have them to the bus. MAKE SURE YOU ORDER FROM THE 90 14th St SW Rochester, MN 

• Kwik Trip Cards: Each girl is responsible for selling $200 gas cards and (2) car wash cards for $36 each by December 1st.  This is not a lettering requirement but it is an expectation Also, please try and sell throughout the season and all year long to help support the team. We receive 5% on gas purchases and 10% back on in store purchases and car wash we get $16 back. Cindy Fjelsted is in charge of the Kwik Trip fundraiser. Cindy sends out a email when she is ordering again so respond to email if you would like to order more cards during season.
• 2 nights were completed in Sept and Oct. Girls busted tables. Team received % of sales and tips. THANKS U FOR EVERYONE THAT VOLUNTEERED
• Hawkers Concession was completed at football game in Oct
• Giving Bean coffee sales will be from Nov 15-30th. Order forms were handed out at PAC meeting, if you need one still please contact Brenda Holmen or Mary Johnston. CHECKS made out to MGH. We get 40% back on purchases. They have awesome products! CONTACT Brenda Holmen with any questions
• Chipolte Fundraiser will be November 13 from 4p-8pm at the EAR of CORN location. We get 50% of the sales that night. Flyer needed at checkout. Please share flyer that is online with others.
• We also have a Dine to Donate night a APPLEBEES on Dec 13th from 4-9pm. Team gets 15% back on all purchases. Attached the flyer to letter that needs to be shown at purchase.
• Sunglass sale, we still have sunglasses available, $10 a pair, if anyone wants to sell or buy

Girls will be staying at the Best Western Plus Coon Rapids,  Northdale Blvd N- 763-576-0700. Parents have a block of rooms( 5 dbl queen and 5 standard king) at County Inn and Suite Shoreview, 5995 Rice Creek Pkwy. ABOUT 5-10 minutes from Rink.  Rooms are $119 plus tax with a 2 night minimum stay.
