Rochester Mayo High School Athletics

Hello everyone! This email has lots of important information so please carve out some time to read all of it.

Last week was awesome!! Your daughters are amazing, determined, energetic people that make practices fun. Divers, I will see you this week!

We have lots going on this week and next, with some changes:

Monday -  normal swim practice – Varsity 3:45, JV 5:15

Tuesday – Pasta feed at the Hausers. The address is 1208 Greystone Ln SW. We are combining swim practices for this day so we can all get there at the same time. Practice from 3:45-5:30. Divers, please join us for the pasta feed!!

Wednesday – normal swim practice – Varsity 3:45, JV 5:15

Thursday – normal swim practice JV 3:45, Varsity 5:15

Friday – combined swim practice 3:45 – 5:15

Saturday – no swim practice BUT we have two events:

Healthy Human Race – there will be a separate email about this – look for it

Car Wash – Attached is a picture where the car wash will be held - Hy Crossroads. The black rectangle is where we can park cars to wash them.

•          There are two shifts: 11am-1pm and 1pm-3pm. If you are in town, you should be going to one of them. Sign up on the white board in the Mayo pool area.
•          There are two 100-foot hoses already set up for us so we do not need to bring those. We do need buckets, sponges, long reach sponges for the tops of cars and soap.
•          Please wear a Mayo t-shirt and shorts or a one-piece suit and shorts.
•          There is not a place to hang up wet towels, so if anyone wants to bring something that could work for that, please do.
•          If someone could make a flyer to advertise, that would also be great.
•          I will not be in town, so any parent that could help Scott would be welcome.
•          A reminder that this is our only fundraiser. And also, this is what everything costs, so please consider making a donation. 
  •    Bruce $100/session – 7-8 sessions
  •    Caps – 25 Silicone/50 Latex - $575
  •    Invites – roughly $250/season
  •    Senior Banners - $25-30/banner

The meet scheduled for August 28 is now scheduled for August 27.
