This must be filled out everyday that you attend training at least TWO HOURS BEFORE your training time.
This is for Off-Season athletes that are currently NOT in a Winter sport. You must register so I can create groups for Monday 1/11.
1. Athletes must bring and wear a mask to all training sessions.
2. Athletes must bring their own water.
3. Athletes must bring CLEAN, DRY athletic shoes.
4. Athletes must fill out the Covid-19 symptoms check-in BEFORE 3pm ON their scheduled lifting day!
2020 Summer Sports Performance Program
2020 Summer Sports Performance information will come out Spring 2020.
ALL students must register for this Summer Sports Performance Program in order to do any type of sports specific summer camp administered by our high school Sports Performance Coach or to use our weight room facility!
