Mayo High School Mission
Our mission is to inspire, challenge, and empower all students with the knowledge and skills required to reach their full potential, to contribute to future generations, and to be involved members of a global community.
This program prepares high school athletes to get the most out of their bodies, increase productivity, and decrease injury with strength, endurance, and flexibility. Session will be designed increase strength in each sport and foster overall development for our multi-sport athletes. Appropriate for any athlete who wants to improve their performance, this program allows you to train as many days a week (Monday thru Thursday) as the individual wants.
Hours: 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.
Registration Priority:
Grades (9-12) for the 2022-2023 academic year, IF space is available 7th and 8th graders will be added
Teams: Any team using the weight room must have students pay the fee.
Fee: $125.00 one-time per student fee for the summer of 2022. All registration is on-line.
All fees for SAQ will offset the costs associated with staffing, equipment and supervising the facility.
Sessions Begin:
Monday, June 13, 2022 and conclude Thursday, August 4, 2022
(Monday-Thursday) (NO contact period July 2-8)
