If your Physical has expired, an updated one needs to be on file in the Activities Office before you can register.
Click "Forms" on the top/left corner of this page for a blank Physical.
Drop off your Physical at MHS or email it to Kaleigh at kazollner@rochesterschools.org
You will NEED to be registered online before you can participate!

CONCUSSION TESTING
Our team Athletic Trainer, will be conducting concussion testing prior to practices starting at the beginning of each season.
Dismissal Time
- Players are dismissed 15 minutes prior to the bus departure time.
- All players need to have their equipment at school ready to leave for the event.
- They will not be excused to run home and get their gear.
- Students serving a penalty for a violation should not be dismissed from school to attend away events.
