ATTENTION WINTER 2018-19 ATHLETES: REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON OCTOBER 8th.
You will need to make sure that your physical is on file in the athletic office and is up to date and does not expire prior to March 23rd, 2019 or you will need to get a new one. The registration software will NOT allow you to register if you don’t have one on file or will expire.

At this time there are no dates scheduled for concussion testing. If you are in need of the test, please connect with Dan Christoffer, our Athletic Trainer, in the athletic training office at Mayo High School to schedule a time. He generally is at Mayo High School daily between 2:30-2:45.
