Off Season training will being in December- this is student lead every week day after school (they usually meet around 4:00pm and go for a run). Meeting spot is near the Auditorium in the door 1 foyar. 

Pasta feeds have long been a Mayo CC tradition. They are only possibly because our runners and their families sign up to bring dishes/host. If interested in maintaining the tradition, please sign up using the link below

This season we will have Saturday morning runs for high school runners. These runners are told each week by coaches if they are expected to attend. Families are welcome to host a Saturday morning run. This just involves having the runners meet at a location of your choice and providing snack after the run. Please use the link below

There is a mandatory Parent/Athlete meeting on Monday August 19th. It will be held virtually via Google Meets starting at 6:30pm. It should take under an hour to go over important information for the season. I will email out the link once we get closer to August 21st.
