If you are interested in conditioning this off season, we will be meeting everyday week day this summer (unless otherwise specified). Training begins at 8:00am (so please arrive around 7:50am) and will last until around 10:00am. We will meet at the Track Stadium
Off season training is not required, so even if you cannot make it everyday, you are welcome to come.

It is important to condition, but it is also important to not overtrain. The mileage estimates are averaged, but unless you have run varsity in the past, you should not be going over the estimates by more than a couple of miles a week. Past Varsity/upper JV runners. You milage will be higher, but not astronomical (no one should go above 55miles a week).
